There is no exchange/ Refund for damaged products. It means that if the product is opened up, damaged/tampered during return, then refund & exchange policy will be considered void.

Returns are accepted within 7 working days of the date of receipt.

Returned goods must be in Perfect Unopened Condition.

Returns can accept only after the communication with the buyer.
